Group Design: Each BOP MasterMind is made up of 6 cross-industry small business owners or organizational leaders, and Scott intentionally builds each group around professions (we typically do not allow competitors in the same group) and personalities. Scott also facilitates each group and guides them through a tight 1 hour and 15 minute action-focused schedule.
